Jimmy Lewis Hatfield, 80 of Bowie, TX, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 22nd, 2021.

A memorial service will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 25, at the White Family Funeral Home in Bowie, with Pastor Dwayne Lamberson officiating.

Jimmy was born December 8, 1940 in Henrietta, TX to Albert and Goldie (Masten) Hatfield. On June 30, 1966, Jimmy married Carol Pruett in Clay County. He had a lifelong career in the oilfield, all while raising his two sons with Lynn. Jimmy was a simple man, who loved his family dearly.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and his wife Carol Lynn Hatfield.

Jimmy is survived by his sons Keith Hatfield of Dallas, TX and Kevin Hatfield and wife Sammie of Austin, TX; sisters Helen Harris of Wichita Falls, Jeraldine Maddox of Henrietta, TX, and Patsy Curtwright of Apache, OK; brother Willie Hatfield of Nocona, TX; his beloved sister-in-law Patricia Deweber of Bowie; and numerous nieces and nephews.
