He graduated from Dudley Sr. High School, attended A&T State University and Guilford Technical Community College. Frankie enjoyed working on electrical projects, photography and creating art.
He accepted Christ as a child, attended Mount Zion Baptist Church and Cathedral of Deliverance where he met and married his wife, Pamela. He rededicated his life to Christ at Love and Faith Christian Fellowship, became a member and participated in the Seasoned Saints ministry. In lieu of his declining health, he attended noon-day Bible study on a regular basis and the Saturday/Sunday worship services in-person and later virtually. He had great respect for Pastor Michael Thomas and while listening virtually would look around the room in the nursing facility for him. God placed his loved ones at his side during his final days.
He leaves to mourn his brothers Dennis Williams and Charles Williams along with his sisters, Nocomus Williams (James) and Madeline Arleen Williams; a daughter, Lisa Annell Williams and two grandsons Jordan and Fred.
