He is survived by his father, Calvin Smith; children, Jada Rose Moore, Ella Moore, Lance Moore, Josiah Moore and Amarion Moore; brother, Billy Dee Moore; maternal grandparents, Jerry and Ella Moore; paternal grandfather, Robert Hackney.
