Graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m. EST Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at Locust Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Willie Williams, Pastor, officiating. Visitation is Tuesday, October 5, 2021 from 2-5 p.m. EST.
Mrs. Freda Ann Crowell Williams was born August 27, 1963 in Russell County, AL to Viola G. Jackson and the late Joe L. Jackson, Sr.
She gave her life to Christ at an early age. She was an active member of Locust Hill Baptist Church, where she served as a deaconess.
Mrs. Williams graduated from Chavala High School class of 1981, graduate of Columbus Technical College in Columbus, GA. Mrs. Williams worked at Swift Mill as a spinning technician and later entered the medical field as a certified medical assistant with Sibley Heart Center Cardiology.
She was preceded in death by her father, Joe L. Jackson, Sr.; brother, Joe L. Jackson, Jr.; father-in-law, Lewis L. Williams, Sr. and mother-in-law, Clara J. Williams.
She leaves to cherish her memories a devoted and loving husband of 33 years Lewis Lee Williams, Jr.; two daughters, Virginia M. Williams and Antigani L. Williams; one son, Curtis L. Crowell all of Columbus, GA.; mother, Viola G. Jackson of Pittsview, AL; eight grandchildren, Quintavious L. Hollis,Ivy A. Williams, Travon S. Williams, Mariah Igus, Cameron Crowell, Candice Crowell, Kina Crowell, and Keymarious Crowell; two brothers, Curtis V. Crowell of Columbus, GA and Flester (Jeraldine) Crowell of Seale, AL; three sisters, Deloise D. Crowell, Velma (Davin) Blyden both of Columbus, GA and Valencia (Andrew) Powell of Sanderville, GA; one god sister, Betty (Ohara) Perry; one god brother, Frank Virginia) Ivy; three brothers-in-law, John Williams of Midland, GA, Calvin (Brenda) Williams of Upatoi, GA and Michale (Claudette) Williams of Columbus, GA; one sister-in-law, Gladys (Vernon) Lawerence of Lancaster, OH; 13 neices; 13 nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
