Shaka Khan O'Neal,age 36, of Memphis, TN, died Thursday, September 16, 2021, at her home in Memphis, TN surrounded by her loved ones. The family will receive friends Friday, October 1, 2021 from 6:30pm-8:00 pm at RS Lewis 374 Vance Ave. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 2, 2021 12 noon at Mt Nebo 555 Vance Ave. Internment will be held following the funeral service at Elmwood Cemetery 824 S Dudley
