Shanekia Neckole Lee life came to an end on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at the age of 42 at Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital Midtown in Nashville, Tennessee. Shanekia was born on September 13, 1979 in Nashville, Davidson County to parents of Mazzie Lee and Sherman Anderson "Peter Rabbit" Lee, Jr. She leaves to cherish her memory son, Teighan Shermuntez Lee; mother, Mazzie Lee; silbings, DePreko Mundrell (Allison)Bonds, DeTaniel Troymaine (Maggie) Lee, Shonta Atkins and Trancis Starnes; god daughter, Yasha Shakur McLemore; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Memorial Service for Shanekia Lee, Saturday October 9, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at Jim Warrren Park, 705 Boyd Mill Ave. Franklin, Tennessee 37064.

Shanekia taught and loved the children at Rolling Hills Learning Center for more than three years. Our hearts are heavy and she will be missed every day. We cannot replace Shanekia's love for children and her sense of humor. Our prayers are with her family.
