Obituary For Mother Blanche Williams

~OBITUARY~

"Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all they ways acknowledge him and he shall direct thy paths." Proverbs 3: 5-6

Mother Blanch Williams was born in Hampton County, South Carolina on December 10, 1924, to the late Jimmy Daniels and the late Laura Mae Hicks. At an early age, she joined Second Baptist Church and accepted Christ as her Savior. She served in many capacities to include: Mother of the Church, Treasurer, Deaconess who prepared Communion. She was a faithful member of her church.

Mother Williams attended the public schools of Hampton County.

Mother Williams was united in holy matrimony to the late Fletcher Williams, Sr. for forty years. This union was blessed with seven children.

She had a heart of giving and sharing with everyone. She loved cooking and spending time with her family. Mother William made sure that her time was well spend in her home, church, community, and abroad. She was employed with Hampton County School District 1 as a cook.

On Tuesday, October 5, 2021, God said, "Well done thy good and faithful servant, you have fought a good fight, you have finished the race and have kept the faith. Come on home my child and take your rest."

As she enters her new life, she will be greeted with love from her beloved husband, parents, (2) Children, (2) Sisters, and (3) Brothers.

Mother Williams will truly be missed by her loving daughters: Cathaleen Williams, Mary (Mayor Terry) Wright both of Brunson, South Carolina; Sadie (Paul) Adams, Ruffin, SC, Shirley (Don) Bostick, and Deloris (Lucius) Smith, all of Brunson, South Carolina; (13) Grandchildren; Deirdre Harris, Anthony Williams, Kelli Edwards, Sonya Lawson, Russell Williams, Danna Smith, Terrance Wright, Sheir Lawson, Mishonda Adams, Melanie Williams, Amanda Ritter, Michael Adams, Candice Smith; (21) Great-Grandchildren; (4) Great -Great Grandchildren, (4) Step-Grandchildren; (3) Special Cousins: Margaret Major, James Butler, and Rose Lopez; Caregiver: Frankie Mitchell; Loving Neighbors: Brenda and Gail Deloach. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and caring friends.
