Deborah Haugabook

On July 29, 1965, in Fort Pierce, FL, Deborah and her twin sister (JoAnn) were the last two girls born Oscar and Maurine Haugabook. She was raised with her ten siblings in Fort Pierce.

Deborah attended schools in the St. Lucie School district and entered the workforce at an early age. Deborah worked in housekeeping at various local hotels and was the supervisor at Motel 6 until her health began to decline. Debra loved to laugh. She enjoyed dancing, food and fun with her family and friends. Debra loved the Lord, her sons and her grandchildren.

Linda was deeply loved by her family and friends. She departed this life quietly on September 25, 2021 at 9:35am with several family members by her bedside. Debra was preceded in death by; her Father, Oscar Haugabook, Sr., Grand-parents, Oscar & Delia Haugabook and T. W. & Essie Mae Walker, Sister, Linda Haugabook Kaleem, and Nephews, Tracy Durant and Joseph Haugabook.

Left to cherish her precious memories is: her Sons, Otis McIntosh and Javier Haugabook, her Mother, Maurine Haugabook; Siblings, Willie (MaryAnn) Haugabook, Shelly Blaise, Jerome (Rhonda) Haugabook, Joe (Tammy) Haugabook, Cornell (Andrea) Haugabook, JoAnn Haugabook, Michael (Deja) Haugabook, Allen Haugabook; Grand-children; Maliek McIntosh, Lucas McIntosh, Isreal McIntosh, Jase Lindsey, London Cox, Nehemiah McIntosh as well as a host of grieving uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends too numerous to mention.

Public visitation for Deborah Haugabook will take place on Friday, October 8, 2021 from 5:00pm-7:00pm at Full Gospel Church of Deliverance in Fort Pierce, FL. Funeral services will convene on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at Full Gospel Church of Deliverance in Fort Pierce, FL beginning at 11:00am. Burial will immediately follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.

Although many venues have opened and the restrictions of COVID-19 have been relaxed, we at Stone Brothers Funeral Homes are still enforcing the guidelines set forth by the CDC and FDOH to protect our families and our staff.
