She attended the Dillon County Public Schools System in Dillon, South Carolina.
At an early age she was baptized and saved at Minturn Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Minturn, South Carolina. She was a faithful member of the usher board and the kitchen committee.
Tip was preceded in death by her father and mother: Willie Marion and Collen Clark Graves; siblings: Argie Islar, Docia Allison, Nancy Dupree, Angie Graves, Charles and James Louis Graves; one son-n-law: Richard Smith.
Florine leaves to cherish her legacy ~ four daughters: Rose Graves, Shanton Graves, Argie Graves, Vanetta Graves all of Dillon, SC; one son: Charldric (Nicole) Graves of Conway, SC; sixteen grandchildren: Keon (Ashlyn), Quenshawn (Jasmine), Dharan, Boquan (Clarese), Jarnis, Dekendric, Dakerhia, Scooter, Adosia, Creasia, JaMarcus, Dan, Mekhi, Kylie, Julian, Anzlee and Terrill Samuel; four great grandchildren; five sisters: Lois (Acie) German, Barbara (Albert), Virginia (Jesus), Velarquez, Flora Graves and Jacqueline Graves; one brother: Joseph (Dorothy) Graves all of Dillon, SC; two adopted brothers: James O. Parms, Johnny (Ruth) Parms; three adopted sisters: Elizabeth (Robert) Goode, Chrissy Hamer and Mary Thomas; two sisters-n-law: Wilhemenia Graves and Rether Graves; two brothers-n-law: Levander Allison of Brooklyn, NC, Moses Dupree of Warner Robins, GA; four aunts: Ludeen McKoy, Nancy Graves, Mary Sellers and Betty Lou Bostic; son-n-law: Kenny Gregory; two special nephews: David German, Ronald German; three special nieces: Martha German, Frances Samuel, Vassie Lloyd; special children that were reared as her own: Charles (Anita) Quick, Darlene Quick, Kathryn Quick, Joann Graves all of Dillon, SC; special friends: Anthony Whittington, Willie Taylor, David Huggins; her caregiver: Dillon Dialysis Center and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends that she loved dearly.
