Roy L. Fitzgerald Jr., 92, entered into eternal rest peacefully on Saturday October 2, 2021, at home in Hampton, VA. Homegoing celebration will be on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, 2pm at R. S. Lewis Funeral home 2944 Walnut Grove Rd, Memphis, TN 38111. Roy will peacefully lay in rest as Calvary Cemetery will be his final resting place, 1663 Elvis Presley Blvd. Memphis, TN 38106.

He was proceeded in death by his parents, (Roy L. Fitzgerald Sr. and Narcissus C. Jones Fitzgerald), his brothers (Charles Nelson, Slaten, George, and Justian Fitzgerald), his sisters (Lois tyler and Louise Covington), a stepdaughter (Minnie B. Brown), and a granddaughter (Zina M. Jones)
