Joanne Littlejohn Knuckles, a beloved wife & mother, passed away peacefully October 9, 2021. Born in 1935 & a native of Spartanburg, SC she relocated early in life to New York with her husband Thomas Knuckles & their two children Betty Knuckles and Margaret (Knuckles) Ball. Several years later they welcomed their two sons Thomas Knuckles Jr. & Bernard Knuckles. After the passing of her husband, she returned back to Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Preceded in death included her husband Thomas Knuckles, her daughter Margaret Ball, and her sister Margaret Meredith.

Left to cherish fond memories of her include her 3 children: Betty, Thomas Jr., and Bernard, 1 niece Evelyn Richardson of Landover, MD, 1 granddaughter: Laura, 3 grandsons: Jakeem, Jaquan, and Rahmel, , along with other family & friends.
