William Edward Coley, but often known as Bill or Buckey to his family and friends, passed away October 8, 2021 at the age of 74 in the city of Portsmouth, Virginia. “Buckey” was born on April 25, 1947 to the late Mary and Percy Coley. He was a Welder for a numerous of years at both Norfolk Naval and Newport News Shipbuilding. He leaves to cherish two daughters, four sons, one brother, nine grandchildren, fifteen great grands, and a host of relatives and friends. The funeral for William “Buckey” Coley will be held on October 15, 2021 @ 11a.m at Steele-Bullock Funeral Home in the city of Portsmouth, Virginia.
