Mrs. Shirley Wade, 73, of Elizabethtown, KY died on October 14, 2021 at Baptist Health in Louisville, KY.

Mrs. Wade was a native of Wilson, AR and the daughter of the late Richard and Mamie Medlin. She was a member of Vineyard Christian Fellowship.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Richard and Robert and one son, Larry; and five sisters, Emma Sue, Lula Mae, Frances, Nellie and Judy.

Survivors include her children, Lisa Gail Summers-Weaver (Larry) of Elizabethtown, KY, Terena Schneider (John) of Rosell, IL and Natalie Wade of Elizabethtown, KY; one son, Joey Summers of Elizabethtown, KY; one sister, Betty Cline of Carpentersville, IL and six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 2:00 pm on Sunday, October 17, 2021 at Percell & Sons Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Elizabethtown City Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at 12:00 noon.
