TYLER-- Funeral services for Ms. Vanessa Jefferson, 50, of Tyler, Texas will be held on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at 1 pm at The Cross Baptist Church (11357 FM 2767, Tyler, Texas 75708). Rev. Steven Young will be serving as eulogist. FACE MASK WILL BE REQUIRED.

Burial will follow in the Bethlehem Cemetery in Flint, Texas under the direction of John R Harmon Undertaking Company.

Ms. Jefferson was born March 7, 1971 and transitioned on October 25, 2021. She was a graduated of Robert E Lee High School and received her Associates Degree in Medical Coding from Tyler, Junior College. Vanessa was a member of The Cross Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by h er parents Leroy Jefferson and Arrie Lee Ellis and six siblings. Her precious memories will be cherished in the hearts of her daughter Mackinzie Parson of Tyler; brother Daron Ellis and Billy Charles Ellis both of Tyler; sisters: Carol Webb (Will) of Big Sandy and Lauretta Williams of Tyler.

Public viewing will be held on Friday, October 29, 2021 from 2 pm to 8 pm at the funeral home.
