Obituary For Roscoe Neal

Roscoe Neal was born in Paraloma, Arkansasto Olympia and Roosevelt Neal on February 17, 1938. He went to be with the Lord on October 23, 2021. In 1956 he graduated from Howard High School in Tolette, Arkansas. Shortly after he joined the United States Army. After leaving the Army, he moved to Ohio, where he lived until November 1982. He then moved to New York where he met Margaret Cunningham, whom he would later marry. He worked for many years for Norstand, a clothing manufacturer in Long Island City. He retired in 2005. He leaves to mourn his loving wife, Margaret; they would have celebrated their wedding anniversary the same date he passed. He also leaves 5 children, Jake Stewart, Tina Kimberly, Rodney and Terri Neal; two step-children, Howard Cunningham and Robin Shumays; one sister , Irma Brockman; and numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
