Mr. Marcus L. Sellers, 32, of Phenix City, AL passed Wednesday, November 3, 2021 in Columbus, GA.

Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. EST, Saturday, November 13, 2021 in the C.T. Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Pastor Charlie Sanders, officiating. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memory Gardens, Phenix City, AL. Visitation will be Friday, November 12, 2021 from 12-5 p.m. EST.

Mr. Sellers was born August 15, 1989 in Columbus, GA to John Phillips and Diane Sellers. He was a graduate of Central High School and a Correctional Officer with The Lee County Sheriffs Office.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother Mamie Sellers and grandfather, Willie Dan Sellers; uncles Jimmy Sellers and Bobby Kirk and god mother, Mary Hart.

Left to cherish sweet memories, a beloved father, John Phillips; beloved mother, Diane Sellers; son, Jamirson Sellers; sister, Angela (Kevin) Sellers of Phenix City, AL; step sisters, Cynthia (Micheal) Eddings and Debra (Marc) Upshaw of Atlanta, GA; two brothers, Ronald E. Sellers of Las Vegas, NV and Kenneth B.Sellers of Harris County, GA; step brother, John Philips, Jr. of Columbus, GA; five aunts, Anita Sellers of Pine Mountain, GA, Fannie Timite, Willie R. Casewell, Linda Wright and Tonia David all of Columbus, GA; three nieces, Jakiya, Tyler and Taniya Sellers; two nephews, Ron Sellers, Jr. and David Jackson and a host of other relatives and friends.
