Mrs. Annie Bell Donald of Dillon County passed on Thursday, November 4, 2021. A Celebration of Life will take place at Samuel Bartell Memorial Chapel on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at 11AM; burial will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery.
