Mr. David Melvin Keith, Sr. 74, was born on Thursday, November 7, 1946 and departed this life on Friday, November 5, 2021.

Funeral service will be held at Holloway Memorial Funeral Home, 2502 NC Hwy 55, Durham, NC on Friday, November 12, 2021 at 2:00 pm, visitation from 1:30 to 2:00 pm. Burial at Glennview Memorial Park.

Masks are to be worn and social distancing required at all meetings with family, friends and services.
