Obituary For Ms. Mary Lucille Weaver

Ms. Mary Lucille Weaver was born January 3, 1964 in Molena, Pike County, GA to the parents of the late Mrs. Jimmie Lee Buffin Weaver and the late Mr. Dock Weaver. She received her education from the Upson County School System and graduated from Upson County High School. At an early age, she joined the Midway Baptist Church. She was a past member of the Senior Choir. When she reached adulthood, Mary became a Certified Nursing Assistant. She was employed by Harborview Nursing Home as a CNA for over twenty years, and she was a very dedicated worker. Lucille, as she was more affectionately called, was the mother of one daughter, Y’Keria, who she loved and adored. During her leisure time, Lucille enjoyed spending time with her family, riding and shopping with her daughter, visiting restaurants, and sitting on the porch. She also loved supporting her family, especially her sisters and brothers. Lucille was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Larry Durham, Robert Louis Chaney, and Tyrone Weaver, Sr. On Sunday, November 7, 2021, the Lord called her name. She answered the call and went home to eternal rest. She will be greatly missed by family and friends. Lucille leaves to cherish her memory, one daughter, Ms. Y’Keria Amos of Thomaston, GA; two sisters, Mrs. Addie Dixon of Molena, GA and Ms. Willie Pearl Buffin of Thomaston, GA; one brother, Mr. Robert Lee Weaver of Molena, GA; one sister-in-law, Mrs. Iula Durham of Manchester, GA; two devoted nieces, Ms. Sharon Parks and Ms. Lakeitha Dixon; and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
