Mr. Steven “Scooter” London, Jr., departed this life on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 in Hickory, NC. He was born on March 15, 1990 in Cleveland County, NC to Pamela Walker London and Steven Eugene London, Sr.

He had a passion for singing and loved to sing for his mother and fiancée. He also was well known for his infectious smile and outgoing personality. He never met a stranger and would give his last to family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, James Franklin London, Sr. and Elese Downs London; maternal grandparents, Betty Smarr Harris and James Walker; and a special uncle, Bobby Gene London.

He leaves to cherish his memory to his parents, Pamela London and Steven London, Sr. (Linda Huskey London); daughter, Ayliahn Lowery; fiancée, Whitley Owes and her children, Ja’niyah McFadden and Janari McFadden; a brother, Jeremy F. London (Japonica); a sister, Stephanie Cornwell; step-sister, Kenyetta Ross; grandfather, Richard Harris (Doris); “special uncles”, Mark Spann, George Borders and Jarod Harris; “special aunts”, Jetta Harris, Rita Chapman and Tamela Watkins; special friends, Ricky Moore, Trey McCorkle and Quintin Love and a host of nieces, nephews, other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who will miss him.
