PUBLIC VIEWING and FLOWER DELIVERY HOURS: Monday, Nov. 29, 2021 at Van Hoose & Steele Funeral Home, from 1:00p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and on Tuesday from 9:30 am until 12 noon when funeral will commence.

I will miss you my Girl. I will remember the crazy times we had working together in our High School days and you begging me to go to prom lol. We missed the whole prom because we had to go around the whole Chicago to take pictures. And we got there right before they closed the doors and the. Ran to the line to take pictures there lol. You, Alisha and I always had fun when we linked up. From 96 until now. Then You just happen to move down here in Alabama just 45 mins away from me. We talked and it was the same like we never missed a beat. I had just talked to you And seen you right before your trip to your cousin wedding and you kept me laughing then. Writing this is hard because I still can't believe it. I will hallways remember the good times we had T. You are a beautiful person inside and out. Love you, Your boy Steve B.

Rest in beautiful peace Teneisha. Your zest for life and the way you loved your family is so inspiring to me. We truly had fun times as kids hanging out in CCH and holidays spent with family in Chicago. I'll never forget the year your mom hosted Christmas and someone spilled chitterlings all over the kitchen. Lol. We had good times. And the multiple times we hung out after the 4th at Penny's. One particular holiday you showed us city cousins a good time in your neck of the woods (we went to someone's pool party where the only song played was an Anita Baker tune but it was still LIT.) It was an adventure for sure. I also admire the strength you showed during your illness. You definitely seized life. Wishing you love, peace and unspeakable joy on your continued journey. And to Candy, Paige and all of my cousins its okay to cry family. Your tears hold beautiful memories of a life well lived that will never be forgotten. Let them flow with gratitude and appreciation of the gift of Teneisha. Love ya'll. ❤️

My heart has been heavy since I heard the news. The only thing I can think is how could someone our age be gone, but I know heaven had other plans. I remember we had Consumer Education together at Hillcrest and you had been saving to purchase a vehicle and you said you didn't care if it had a radio as long as it had 4 wheels and a steering wheel and the entire class laughed and laughed.
