Levenia Elizabeth Washington LeCounte was born in Dillon County, South Carolina to the late Sherman and Queenie Washington.

She leaves behind her loving husband of forty-nine years: Thernell LeCounte of the home; her children, grandchildren, and a host nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
