Obituary For Ms. Betty Starnes

Ms. Betty Jean Starnes, 1751 Old Friendship Road, Rock Hill, SC 29730 passed away on November 15, 2021.

She was preceded in death by her her husband, Marvin Cecil Starnes, and Jane Greene (Mike).

She is survived by two daughters, Kelly Horne, and Rene'e Petty (Johnnie), and son, Robin Starnes, and 9 grandkids, 20 great-grandkids, 7 great-great-grandkids; one sisters, Joyce Henson, and two brothers, Sonny Baker, Frank Baker.

Memorial service will be held at 3:30 p.m. , Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at Grandview Memorial Park Hollis - 387 Hollis Lake Road, Rock Hill, SC. Parker Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
