Eula Mae Smiling Dozier was born November 4, 1937 in Dillon, South Carolina; a daughter of the late John Filbert Smiling and Mary Magdalena Smiling. She was joined in holy matrimony for 64 years to the late Charles L. Dozier and this union was blessed with fourteen children. A son, Melvin Carlos Dozier, 3 sisters, and 3 brothers preceded her in death.

Public viewing was held from 2:00PM til 4:00PM Friday, November 26, 2021 at Hayes F. Samuels, Sr. Memorial Chapel, 114 N. Church Street, Manning, SC.

Funeral services were held 11:AM Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at Hayes F. Samuels, Sr. Memorial Chapel, 114 N. Church Street, Manning. Dr. Al Smiling, officiated. Burial followed in the Williams Chapel Christian Church, Manning, SC.
