Donald Eugene Humes, 82, of Harrisburg, transitioned into eternal life on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at UPMC Osteopathic Hospital. He was born in Middletown, son of the late George, Sr. and Naomi (Thompson) Humes and a member of Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Church. Donnie is survived by his children; Donald Wilson, Angela Nicholson, Chantay Clark (Michael), Kim Johnson and Sanda Humes, all of Harrisburg; Andrea Anderson (Patrick) of Houston, TX, Brian Williams of California and Donald E. Humes-Terraforte of Florida; his siblings, Gary Humes, Sr. (Joann), George Humes, Jr. and Shirley Humes Penn (Wayne); his 11 grandchildren; 9 great-grands and a host of other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate his life will be held on Monday, November 22 at 11:00 a.m. in the Sanctuary of his Church, 2121 N. 3rd St., Harrisburg with viewing 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. and burial in Resurrection Cemetery.
