Forest, Mr. Willie, A resident of Montgomery, Al departed this life on Thursday, November 18, 2021. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 11:00AM from Phillips-Riley Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Marguerite Tallon, officiating.

Mr. Forest will lie in state on Friday, November 26, 2021 from 1-8PM at Phillips-Riley Funeral Home Chapel.
