Clara Chow Milbry, 96, of Tampa, FL, passed away on Nov. 20, 2021. Visitation will be held 9:00am-10:00am on Nov. 27, 2021 at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church. Services will be held 10:00am on Nov. 27, 2021 at St Peter Claver Catholic Church. Burial will be held at Rest Haven Memorial Park. Funeral arrangements by Jones Funeral Home.

Clara leaves to cherish her memories: three children: Leroy J. Chow Jr. (Lorraine), Mercedes Rose Chow-Haynes, and William L. Chow. Ten grandchildren: Acquelyn Chow, LaShawn Chow, Lorenzo Chow (Samatha), Felicia Allen, Harvey Haynes (Bettina), Annette Haynes, Enrrico Chow, Sergio Chow, Antonio Chow, Ceidra Mobley. Eleven great grandchildren and numerous cousins and special friends.
