Obituary For Verbena Morris

Verbena Morris was born on June 11, 1965 to Herman Kearse, Jr. and Effie Mae Clark in Palatka, Florida. She enjoyed reading and writing poetry. She loved her family and will be truly missed.

Verbena Morris entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, November 23, 2021.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Jean Davis Harris; aunt, Eartha Brown; uncle, Elijah Kearse; and grandmother, Hattie Davis.

She leaves to cherish her memories: son: Tahj Morris; daughters: Carlisa Brown (Calvin), Lauren Morris (Deheem) and Rachel Morris; mother, Effie Mae Clark; brothers: Herman Kearse III (Martha), James Morris, John Morris, George Morris, George Morris and Cory Morris; sisters: Maxine Houston (Alvin), Yolonda Alexander, Turkessa Kearse, Tavara Jones (Eric); uncles: Harold Davis (Liz) and Curtis Davis; aunts: Betty Reese (Jimmy), Carolyn Godsen (James), Florida Mary Jones and Annie Mae Andrews; grandchildren: Quateria Morris, Asanta’ Doe, Heaven Morris, Gianovi Butler, Giavonathan Butler, Jr. Christopher Andeson II, Carlos Rivera IV, Kaniayh Morris, Elijah Cole Walker, Javon Anderson, Mia Davis, Carmen Brown and Zoe Tims; and host of extended relatives and, sorrowing friends.
