Obituary For Mary Louise Foy

Mary Louise Fonville Foy, 67, of Pollocksville died Friday, November 26, 2021.

Public viewing is Friday from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Her service is 1:30 PM, Sunday, December 5, 2021 at the Frank Murphy Cemetery, Goshen Rd. Pollocksville. The interment will follow at Frank Murphy, Sr. Cemetery.

She is survived by her sister, Pamela Murrell-Thombs, Raleigh; two brothers, Theron O. Murrell, Winston-Salem, NC and Andrew F. Murrell of Raleigh, NC.

Louise was a candle that burned brighter as she aged. I often told her that I was so proud of the beautiful changes that I noticed in her life. She grew sweeter as she aged. I will miss my sister. We always called to check on each other. Sometimes I complained about making the drive on weekends to check on her but today I am already missing those drives to Pollocksville. You're gone but not forgotten Louise.😘

One of the sweetest people I know. She always had something encouraging to say. I lost contact with her over the past few years, but I still remember the noise we would carry on at the post office about her nails, her hair, and life.
