Ms. Bessie Mayes 75, of Warrenton, NC departed this life on Sunday, November 28,2021 at Duke University Hospital. Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 2:00PM in the Chapel of Boyd & Royster Funeral Services.149 Holland Bland Rd. Warrenton, NC.

Mrs. Mayes is survived by her three daughters Almena Mayes of Duluth Ga. and Deborah and Mateland Mayes of Raleigh NC. 2 bothers Wiley Davis of Warrenton NC and Samuel Davis of Hempstead NY. 2 Sisters Mildred Robinson of Bewark NJ and Eline Davis of the home. 3 grandchildren Allorren Harris (Micheal), Dia Adams and Darius Adams (Tameika) and 6 great grandchildren Aurianna Davis, Catherine Harris, Yendi Reid, Grayson Adams, Micheal Harris Jr. and Matthew-Nathaniel Harris.

Public Viewing will be held Friday December 10, 2021 from 12-5PM

Wake will be held Friday December 10, 2021 from 5:30-6:30PM
