Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Long will be Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at 1:00PM; Willie A. Watkins Historic West End Chapel, 1003 Ralph D. Abernathy BLVD Atlanta, GA 30310. Interment Lincoln Cemetery. Viewing will be Tuesday, December 7, 2021 from 4PM-8PM.

Eula was never without a smile. She worked for my father for many years and clearly a wonderful bond that went beyond employee to friend. From the entire Howell family we offer our condolences. She will be missed.

I met Eula 20 years ago when I moved to Atlanta to work for Concentra. She loved all of us just like we were here in kids and I was lucky enough for her to be at my wedding. I wish I had seen her more over the past several years. Her kindness and sense of humor will be truly missed. Rest in peace my dear friend.

Eula was a remarkable person , there was no other like her . An outstanding mom, wife, grandmother, sister, and etc . She always had a smile on her face it was never a dull moment with her . Eula had a personality that was well outspoken for , and you will be truly missed. I will continue to keep the family in my prayers as they will need it at this very difficult time .

I was very saddened to hear of Eula passing. Please accept my sincerest sympathy on this terrible loss. I met Eula through Benchmark. I will always remember her for her wonderful sense of humor, her no no-nonsense personality, and that loud strong voice. We would joke about how much alike we were. Yes...my voice was right there with hers... Every time I talked to her on the phone. We would repeatedly refer to ourselves as the old timers. She was a hard worker and I know she will be missed. I've known Eula for years by her nick name "Doll" I am so glad I had a chance to talk to her recently. A very strong and dedicated lady. The passing of some folk just doesn't seem right. May you rest in Heaven. You surely will be missed. Bubba and Dot.

I worked with Ms. Eula over the phone almost daily. There was always a sense of relief to hear that it was her on the other line when you answered the phone, because when you spoke with her, you immediately got the sense that you were talking to an old friend or family member. Eula was a no-nonsense type of person and that was one of her greatest qualities that I will remember. My thoughts go out to her friends and family as a piece of their lives are missing during this holiday season - Eula was the best and well loved by all who knew her here at Bardavon.
