Christine B. Holley Deaconess (Age 91)

On Sunday, November 21, 2021, Christine B. Holley, loving wife of 73 years to William Holley, Jr., entered into eternal rest. Christine was born on May 22, 1930 in Wilson, NC. She was known for her classy style, elegant hats, warm smile and love for her family. Two of her children preceded her in death, Barbara Holley Jacobs and Robert Holley and she is survived by three daughters, Tyanne Thomas (Jeffrey), Vanessa Antrum (Thomas) and Hope Howze (Booker). She was blessed with 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, a host of other relatives and many friends. Family and friends are invited to celebrate the life of our Queen-Christine on Wednesday, December 8, 2021. Viewing at 11 a.m. until the time of service at 12 noon. Services will be held at her home church, where she loved to praise the Lord and served as Deaconess, Greater Mt. Calvary Holy Church, 610 Rhode Island Ave. NE, Washington, DC Bishop Alfred A. Owens, Jr. Pastor. Interment will be held on Thursday, December 9, 2021 at Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD. Services entrusted to RN Horton Co.
