To this union two children were born, Beverly and Debra Winters. Flora worked at Sancro started and finished her working career doing child care. She loved to cook. Flora was a true Christian and faithfully served the body of Christ! She was compassionate, loyal to family and friends. She was preceded in death b her parents, four sisters, Kennie Mae Fox, Bobbie Rae Ross, Marie Miller, Mary Ella Starling, four brothers, Hugh Lee Ross, James Ross, Willie Ross, and Bill Ross. She leaves to cherish her memories: her husband, James Samuel Winters; two daughters, Beverly and Debra Winters; one sister Virginia Dotson and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. God saw she was getting tired and a cure was not to be, so He wrapped his arms around her and whispered "Come with Me." Although we loved her dearly, God could not let her stay.
