Elwood Higgs, 42, passed on December 14. Services will be held Tuesday, December 28, 2021, 12PM at Peaceful Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 2400 Northwest 68th Street, Miami, Florida. Visitation will be Monday, December 27, 2021 at 12:00 Noon - 6:00PM at the Wright and Young Funeral Home.
