Rhonda Melton

Knoxville - Rhonda Melton and 56 of Knoxville went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 13, 2021. She was born in Sevierville on June 22, 1965. She is preceded in death by her parents James and Gladys Wilson brothers Herman and Curtis Wilson and special friend Desmond Melton.

Survived by: Husband Clifford Hunt Jr, daughter Candace Lowery (Junior), adopted mom Bessie Lynch, grandchildren Jayden and Aubree Fain, Steven and Sullivan Totaled, sisters Callie Yarberry, Rachel (Nathaniel) Bates and Regina Wilson, brothers Johnny (Betty) Wilson, Guilford (Frances) Wilson and Arthur Wilson, brother and sister in-law Andrew and Betheena Baker, a host of nieces and nephews, devoted friends Ms.Debrah, Jennifer Shropshire and Gwendena Bailey.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 19, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. with the Celebration of Life Service to begin at 4:00 p.m. with Pastor Dennis McKinney officiating.

Ms. Melton will lie in state on Saturday, December 18, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.

You will be missed, tremendously. I will never forget our days of throwing up together in Boyds Creek and in Knoxville when you would come to stay with our family. We had some funs time.
