Mr. Norris Flagler, 55, was born on Wednesday, June 22, 1966 and departed this life on Thursday, December 16, 2021.

Funeral service will be held at Mt. Olive AME Zion Church, 1515 W. Club Blvd., Durham, NC on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at 11:00 am, visitation service from 10:30 to 11:00 am. Burial will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery.

Masks are to be worn and social distancing required at all meetings with family, friends and services.
