We little knew that morning that God was going to call your name, In life we loved you dearly; in death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone. For part of us went with you, the day God called you home.

Mr. Kenneth Crews, age 57, of Durham. North Carolina formerly of Warrenton, North Carolina departed this life on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at Duke Regional Hospital in Durham, North Carolina.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at 12’Noon from the American Cremation and Funeral Services Chapel, 1204 Person Street Durham, NC 27703. Bishop R. Tiff McCarter of The City Ministries in Durham, NC will officiate. Burial will follow in the Greenwood Baptist Church Cemetery in Warrenton, North Carolina.

Mr. Crews memories will be cherished by his loving wife of 18 years, Deborah F. Crews of the home; his mother, Jeanettee Alston (Theodore) of Hempstead, NY’ two daughters, Natasha Brewer (Kristi) of Rougemont, NC Samaria Council of Durham, NC; ONE SON , Stephen Rhodes of Durham, NC; One grand-daughter, Kaitlyn Rhodes of Rougemont, NC; three brothers, Darnell Crews and Elder Clyde Crews (Rosa) both of Durham, NC, Frank Crews (Anita) of Manson, NC; two sisters, Sharon Daniels (Shelton) of Rolesville, NC, Lori Crews of Durham, NC; two aunts Shirley Street of Warrenton, NC and Gwendolyn Alston (David) of Whitsett, NC; two uncles, Cleveland Alston (Lauren) of Henderson, NC and Rev. Roy L. Crews (Gracie) of Wise, NC; a very good friend, Garson Jackson; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Mr. Crews may be viewed in the chapel of American Cremation and Funeral Services in Durham, North Carolina on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 from 1:00pm until 5:00pm.
