Ms. Regina Thomas Blackshear, 61, of Louisville, KY, died on December 20, 2021, at Baptist Health Hospital in Louisville, KY.

Ms. Blackshear was a native of Radcliff, KY, and the daughter the late Matthew (Jr.) and Catherine Thomas.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Cheryl Brooks and step-mother, Suzette Thomas.

Survivors include her daughters, Ciara Blackshear, Janee' Blackshear and Erika Blackshear-Anderson (Melvin) all of Louisville, KY; one sister, Lorena White (Terrance) of Clarksville, IN and one brother, Matthew Thomas, III (Amy) of Sarasota, FL; four grandchildren; one niece and one nephew.

Funeral service will be 2:00 pm on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at Percell & Sons Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 6-8 pm on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 also at Percell & Sons Funeral Home.
