Mr. Omar Ravon Perry, 23, was born on Monday, February 2. 1998 and departed this life on Sunday, December 19, 2021.

Funeral service will be held at Monument of Faith Church, 900 Simmons St, Durham, NC on Thursday, December 23, 2021 at 12:00 pm, visitation service from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Burial will be held at Glennview Memorial Park.

Masks are to be worn and social distancing required at all meetings with family, friends and services.
