Born March 12, 1953 in Memphis, TN and went on to be with the Lord on Monday, December 6, 2021 in Oak Ridge, TN.
He leaves behind his wife of 34 years - Velma Gilliland, and daughters Felicia J. Gilliland and Michele J. Gilliland; a host of relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 30, 2021 from 11:00 a.m to 12:00 p.m.with the Celebration of Life Service to begin at 12:00 p.m. at Payne Ave. Baptist Church with Rev. Richard Brown officiating.
The final resting place will immediately follow at the Oak Ridge Memorial Park.
A white dove will conclude in his honor.
