Roosvelt Judd "Peanut" , 65 of Holly Springs, NC passed on December 23, 2021 at Emerald Health & Rehab Center in Lillington, NC. He is survived by his Wife Joyce Jones, daughter, Ebony (Kelsey), Son, Lindsay (Dana); one granddaughter, Nashay McFadden and three grandsons Nasir McFadden and Marquel Jones, and Lindsay Partin. Sisters, Janice (Lewis) Lyon, Lillington Rea (Arthur) Grice, Fuquay-Varina and Regina Judd, Fuquay-Varina ; Brother, Allen Judd, Wallace Jones, Fuquay- Varina; Many nieces, nephews, and relatives and best friend Walter Staton and good friend Kelvin Hardin.

Visitation: 4:00 - 6:00 pm Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Trice Funeral Home Chapel, 127 N. West Street in Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526., with no more than 10 individuals inside at one time.

Funeral will be held 12:00 pm, December 29, 2021 at Trice Funeral Home Chapel, The funeral will be for immediate family only.

Burial: Starlight Memorial Gardens, Lois Lane in Holly Springs, NC 27540

Mask are required and no more than 40 people are allowed inside for the service.

Uncle Peanut we are going to miss you. It truly has been a fun journey with you and we will never forget the laughter. You would tell me Star you the only one that would answer the phone when I called (you see Uncle Peanut didn't call during regular times he waited until it was in the wee hours just to talk) it didn't bother me at all but his nephew Lewis Jr. (lol) would say tell Uncle Peanut we are sleep for him to go to bed too but I couldn't I still talked to him until he got tired of talking. Uncle Peanut I am so happy and honored that I had a chance to know you and that you had the chance to know me. You always told me I love you more! I knew you meant it because of the kind of person you were with people loving, kind, helpful and full of laughter. It breaks my heart that you are gone but God needed you more and I can accept that! You keep them laughing up there in heaven and if I live right one day we will see each other again! My condolences and prayers to my family during this difficult time but remember God makes nor he creates any mistakes he chooses whom he needs and he chose this angel (Uncle Peanut) may God's love, peace and understanding surround us all during and after this difficult time.
