MRS. SYBIL ANICE TANNER BYRON – AGE 61, - Of Dalton, Georgia passed away on Sunday, December 26, 2021. She was born on July 01, 1960 to the late James Cagney Borders and Lounette Tanner Macon. She was preceded by her sons, Cedric Tanner, Kevin Hanes, Brandon Weaver, and brother, Stacy Tanner.

Survivors are her loving and devoted Soul Mate, James “Chipper” Byron; children, Nicole (Terry) Kelley, Tammy Tanner, Kimberly Tanner, Tamika Tanner, Eveatt Tanner, Jennifer Tanner, Shawn Weaver, Michael Simpson, Sasha Weaver, Donna Whitehead; siblings, Betty Jean Tanner, Robin Tanner, Bridigit (Roy) Wilkins, Carolyn Brinkley, Tracy Tanner, Dana Tanner, Tony Borders, Stacy Borders; bonus father, James “Chico” Macon; goddaughter, Leanne Thurman; a host of grandchildren; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, special friends, Sandra (Larry) Pickle, Angie Lomax, and other friends.

Celebration of Life Service will be on Saturday, January 1, 2022 at the Willis Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 A. M. with Pastor Detria A. Smith as Eulogist. Her remains will lie in state at the funeral home on Friday after 11:00 A. M. until the funeral hour. Interment, West Hill Cemetery. Arrangements by Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton, Georgia.
