Obituary For Janel Roselana Burroughs

Janel Roselana Burroughs, 44, of Pollocksville died Monday, December 27, 2021 at CarolinaEast Medical Center.

Her service is 1:00 PM, Saturday, January 1, 2022 at the Northwest A Conference Tabernacle 682 Ten Mile Fork Rd., Trenton. The interment will follow at the Frank Murphy, Sr. Cemetery.

There will be no public viewing at the mortuary. Viewing is Saturday at the Tabernacle from 12:00 to 12:45 PM.

She is survived by her daughter, Jay'Kiah Roberts. Pollocksville; her mother, Cheryl Ann Burroughs, Pollocksville; brothers, William Burroughs, Maysville, NC and Torry Britt, Raleigh, NC.

Masks are required and social distancing followed.

I do not have the words to describe how deeply sorry I am for the loss of your mother, daughter, sister, and friend. But I can say I witnessed in the last days of her life, Janel moved many hearts towards God in prayer...and that proves that in her life she showed love and was loved in return. I pray that you can take comfort in knowing that her life pointed others towards Him and that you will allow His Holy Spirit to comfort you in the days ahead. To The Family and Friends on 12/27/2021 God saw that one of his angels was tried so he walk the halls of Carolina East untile he found the one he was looking and when found his angel he sat and had a talk with her and said my child I see that you are tried and need to rest so he told Janel a/k/a Nelle as some people know laid down to rest that everything will be alright so he told Nelle Well done your race has been won now its time to get your new wings for 44 years you have me proud of you there was never a time that you didn't share a smile are shared kind word and alway took the time to listen to anyone that needed to talk.Your family love you so much and will miss you but in do time you will see each again so you are not gone you are just taking a nap.The LOVE THEY HAVE FOR YOU WILL LIVE ON IN THEIR HEARTS FOR EVER.To the family of Ms.Janel this young lady is in a better place and she will be looking down on you keeping safe until the next time you meet up.
