Ms. Sheila Jennings McDowell, 66, of 1113 Buffalo Street Apt A12 Shelby, NC passed away on Thursday, December 30, 2021 at her residence. She was born on May 30, 1955 in Washington, DC.

The funeral service for Ms. McDowell will be held on Friday, January 7, 2022 at 1:00 PM at S.T. Enloe Memorial Chapel.
