Margaret Dallmier Townsend, 65, of New Bern died Saturday, January 1, 2022 at Crystal Coast Hospice.

Her service is 9:30 AM Friday, January 7, 2022 at St. Paul Catholic Church followed by the interment at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Andrew Townsend; sons, Patrick Townsend (Sarai), Jonathon Townsend (Natalie); daughter, Claire Gilbert (Richard); brothers, George Dallmier Jr. (Michelle) and Slyvan Dallmier (Kim); sisters, Carol Barthelme (Robert and Judy Goebal (Paul), five grandchildren, Addy, Lila, Anderson, Bates and Cohen.
