Obituary For Horace William Penn, Jr.

Horace William Penn, Jr. 60, of Charlotte, NC, departed this life on Monday, December 27, 2021, at his residence. He was born in Patrick County, VA, on June 14, 1961, the son of the late Horace William Penn, Sr., and the late Margaret Reynolds Penn.

Horace was a 1979 graduate of Patrick County High School. He was employed at W.M. Plastics in Charlotte Nc.

Horace leaves to cherish his memory, one brother, Ricky Penn of Patrick Springs, VA: one niece, two nephews, former wife and close friend, Laura Perkins of Martinsville, VA, and a host of other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 8, 2022, at 11 a.m. at the C.R.V. Memorial Chapel at Hairston Funeral Home with Bishop Michael Penn, Eulogist. Burial will be private.
