Fr. Emmanuel Awe, Pastor of Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church, will be officiating the funeral mass.
Mr. Garrick’s memories are being cherished by: his two sons, Timothy Paul (Quinterria) Kelly of Duson, LA and Isaac Handy (Connie) of Church Point, LA; one daughter, Lisa Figaro (Martin) of Church Point, LA; five brothers, Johnny Garrick, Terrance Garrick, Lawrence Garrick, O’Neal Garrick and Kevin Garrick, all of Church Point, LA; two sisters, Juanita Breaux of Church Point, LA and Christine Jenkins of Lewisburg, LA; seven grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by: his parents, Clarence Garrick, Sr. and Mary Garrick; paternal grandparents; Dominic and Amelia Garrick; maternal grandparents, Levi and Germaine Guidry; two brothers, Clarence Garrick, Jr. and Riley Garrick; two sisters, Credel Garrick and Germaine Garrick; and one grandson, Keylon Figaro.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 7, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. at Ford and Joseph Funeral Home in Opelousas, LA.
