Mr. Carl Wayne Ervin, 63, was born on Friday, September 5, 1958 and departed this life Tuesday, January 4, 2022.

Funeral service will be held at Shabach Outreach Ministries Christian Church, 714 N. Mangum St., Durham, NC on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at 1:00 pm, visitation service from 12:30 to 1:00 pm. Burial will be held at Oakgrove Cemetery.

Masks are to be worn and social distancing required at all meetings with family, friends and services.
