Viola Mageline Hall of Portsmouth, Virginia, slipped away to be with the Lord on December 19, 2021. Mrs. Hall's viewing will be here at Steele-Bullock Funeral Service, 3950 Turnpike Rd. Portsmouth Virginia 23701on December 28, 2021, from 6 pm-7 pm.and followed by a Memorial Service on January 8, 2022, @11 am here at the Chapel.
