What can I say, I was blessed to be able to call her mom. When my mother passed she stepped right in. I will miss our talks and adding her avon taxes for her. We never missed a chance to talk or go out for a hotdog. I'm gonna miss you Bernice, Mom. Love Vonda

What can I say but Mrs Bernice was a "Virtuous Woman" as described in Proverbs 31. She was a beautiful person inside and outside. I remember singing in the V E Spiritualettes with the family. She was the Cheerleader cheering you in whoever led a song. And that smile she had made you feel good. She had a nickname that she was called. Sleep on Mrs. Bernice and take your rest. She and Mrs Louise would call me "Little Mrs. Mamie. Too the family. I pray God's blessings and watch over you and keep you. Brenda Boyd
